The downpipe kit for Halls ICON directs water from the gutter and can connect the greenhouse to a water butt. This allows you to collect soft rainwater right where you use it: at the greenhouse. It conserves resources, saves tap water and makes daily watering easier. Thanks to the precise connection to the ICON gutter, installation is straightforward and the water flow remains clean and safe.

How it works

Attach the pipe, secure it, position the drain — done. Depending on the location, you can direct the water into a butt (e.g. the Halls 100 LTR rainsaver water butt incl. stand) or away from the greenhouse. The smooth inner pipe surfaces ensure good flow and are quick to clean.

Rainwater is low in lime and ideal for tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies and many plants that thrive in pots. With the downpipe kit, you can reap the benefits of rainwater in just a few simple steps — for more efficient watering and healthy plants, without any extra hassle.
