New Profile System Brings a New Look to the Greenhouse

The timeless and pure design is emphasised by a number of functionalities which make Halls Qube such a unique product.   

he new Qube is inspired by industrial glass constructions and has a rigorous and light glass construction with strong aluminium profiles to support the construction. The industrial look is also emphasised by the Qube’s wind stay, which is made of a strong steel cable.

Halls Qube has a number of innovative details. Most significant is the door that does not have a doorstep, like the traditional Halls models. Juliana has developed a system that reminds of the known drawer system’s slide. In that way the door is attached to two slide bars in the top and bottom. That makes a nice and easy gliding door. Juliana Group A/S has developed the new ground profile (box section profiles), which adds a unique strength to the house. The greenhouse comes with extra-large gutters that can manage large amounts of rainwater. You can also purchase a 1.6-inch downpipe.  

The Qube comes with 0.12 inches toughened glass which is attached with double adhesive tape and fittings. This newly developed mounting of the glass gives the greenhouse a beautiful and smooth surface. Halls Qube is made from black powder painted profiles in the sizes of 6x6 ft, 6x8 ft and 6x10 ft.

In the development of the new greenhouse Juliana has made it easier to both manufact and transport the greenhouse, hence the greenhouse is packaged on a europallet to minimize both space and transport expenses.
